Hi! I’m Amanda, the heart and soul behind Bori Bites. With over 10 years of experience in the food industry, my passion for cooking has been deeply rooted in me since I was a little girl, helping out in the kitchen and learning the rich flavors of Puerto Rican cuisine.

Through Bori Bites, my mission is to preserve and celebrate the vibrant traditions of Puerto Rican food while adding my own modern twist to it. I’m dedicated to serving authentic, bold flavors that honor our culture while offering a fresh new take on the dishes I grew up loving.
